Thinking of you Eric Fink as I know The Boss was your ABSOLUTE favorite & played him repetitively to my delight in our dorm room freshman year giving me a much better & deeper appreciation for him than the fan I already was. Hoping to pass that to my sons tonight & daughters too down the road! “Hey, my dad created this other character seen painted outside of Toyota Center 28 years ago!”
John Mellencamp — 2/25/23 — Smart Financial
Counting Crows — 8/19/23 — Smart Financial

Welcome To the Jungle Sons! On National Sons day! 1st concert I didn’t have to “force” them to go to where they actually knew the music from the radio, TV, movies & friends already! Use Your Illusion 1 born 2 minutes before Use Your a Illusion 2!![]()

STING — Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion — 10/15/23
Loved that his son opened for him & came back to finish 2 songs with him including the iconic Every Breath You Take. Doubt half the audience there knew that that Joe Sumner was Gordon Sumner’s (Sting) son. Was so cool to see! Also LOVED that Sting used a shot of the same toy we have at home near the end of his show of the Muppets Critics Statler and Waldorf![]()

This is a hero to me. A feminist icon. A 71 year old woman & artist who hasn’t done an arena tour in 4 decades & wanted to give us one last BLAST! Celebrate artist like this! So glad my 8 year old daughters got to see & hear straight “from the horse’s mouth” how far women have had to come AND some damn good music too.
Weird, anti establishment, an artist, a rebel, multifaceted, honest, could give a shit what others think if not in line with her values, a quirky sense of fashion, fabulous & HERSELF. A little like George Carlin if he could sing & was a good looking female. Sounds like someone I know well & am comfortable with;)

Having spent 33+ years of my career in entertainment, I’ve made it a point (for inspiration & enjoyment) to see most Vegas Shows & Broadway Shows.
Of all those almost 100 shows, I’ve only seen one more than once. It is Les Miserables & this January will make number 10, this time with my sons who will be 2 weeks shy of 15 years old. It gets me EVERY TIME! It is like the Love Actually of Broadway!
. Those of you who know me well, know I’m not joking. ONE DAY MORE!
