Although I was born & raised in Philly & Cheer for the EAGLES…I’ve been in Houston for 27 years & know every corner from performing over 6,000 shows all over the city as Houston Rockets Mascot CLUTCH the Bear (creator & sole performer 1995-2016) having owned 5 homes all over town & have been a REALTOR now for 9 months. The average Realtor gets their first client in 8-9 months. I’ve had 7 clients with 5 transactions closed.
